Library and Documentation Services

The library offers 18 workstations, which are open to the general public from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.

About 600 books are available for borrowing in our reading room. Another 10'000 books are stored in our closed stacks.

All our books can be ordered for loan via swisscovery. Please sign in to swisscovery with your SWITCH edu-ID to search and borrow books.

In general, ordered books are available for pickup at the library desk after 1–2 working days.

You can return borrowed books by using the book drop at the library entrance.

Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
External users must leave the library by closing time.
 

The library will be closed in the afternoon on Monday 10 March 2025 and Wednesday 12 March 2025 for Carnival.
