Florence Sécula, MA

Florence Secula is a social development specialist and a project manager working in the field of public health with a focus on sexual and reproductive health. With Swiss TPH since 2010, her work includes:

• management of multi-year health system strengthening projects
• technical assistance on community-based approaches to health and health promotion
• consultancies in public health, especially reproductive health
• evaluations, assessments, and operations research.

Her key technical expertise is in community health, reproductive health, primary health care strengthening, HIV stigma and discrimination as well as in qualitative research methods.  

She has an extensive knowledge of the Eastern Europe and Central Asian Region and has worked in Moldova, Romania, Kosovo, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, and Ukraine. She has also done consultancies in Burundi, the South Kivu province of DRC, Cameroon, Togo and Congo Brazzaville.
