Meike Zuske

Meike Zuske’s main interest is in the intersection between public health and social sciences and politics. In her postgraduate studies she is taking a critical look at the relation between science and politics and how this relation shapes discursive fields of action including public health. She focuses as well on health systems and equity issues, and has collaborated in several systematic literature reviews on these topics. She has advanced skills on quantitative, qualitative and mixed methods approaches as well on interdisciplinary research. More recently, she is involved on health management information and knowledge translation initiatives.

Academically she is equipped with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and Law from the University of Basel, Switzerland. While she was studying, she was working in different highly costumer oriented fields where she gained experiences in communications over and above the academic boundaries.
